Background: Meryen is a kind, quiet girl who spends most of her time alone. Being the daughter of Kojey Kudo and Idol figure of most DEA girls, she rarely found time to make friends. With the few she had she quickly reach the "popular" label, that is until her grandfather, Shagarou Kudo, became over protective. Keeping her away from the boys of DEA, he decided that she could date no boy, and be friends with no boy. For the next two years of her DEA career she followed her Grandfather's order, until she met Yamashiro Itasuke, an exchanged student from Kaji Town.
Instantly captivated by Yama's kindness, she set out to learn as much as she could about him, and if possible, befriend him. Eventually, her sleuthing led to something she didnt plan on, falling in love. However, this was instantly found out by her Grandfather, who forbid such a thing, Meryne took no heed to his words, and left to find Yama. Afterwards, Meryne and Yama ran away to Wicca Anbu, where they confessed their love for one another. Shagarou eventually found them, attacking Yamashiro. It was at this point Meryne learned about Yama's Fist Tenkyoken, or "Shotgun Tenkyoken". After defeating her Grandfather, Yama earned the repect of Shagarou and Meryne and him remained together. Since that day her life had changed for the better and she has reached S-Class in the DEA's "Black Ops".
